Personal data collected
The inquiry form asks for your name, company or organization, email address, type of request, and a short project description. Minimal technical information may also be processed to deliver and secure your message. Do not submit sensitive personal data, passwords, confidential documents, or detailed financial information.
Purposes of processing
We use the information to receive and assess your inquiry, determine whether it matches our capabilities, respond, request further information, arrange an introductory discussion, prepare a proposal where appropriate, and follow up on any ensuing professional relationship. Limited records may be retained for administrative, contractual, security or legal obligations. We do not automatically enroll form submitters in promotional mailing lists.
Technology providers and data transmission
The PRASVAC website is hosted on Wix and its contact form uses Wix Forms to record inquiries for assessment and response. Wix and relevant communications providers may process data using infrastructure outside Mexico, subject to their applicable terms. PRASVAC does not sell personal data.
ARCO rights, use restrictions and withdrawal
To request access, rectification, cancellation or opposition (ARCO), restrict the use or disclosure of your data, or withdraw consent, email asa@prasvac.com. Include your name, contact method, request, description of the data and supporting information. Proof of identity or representation may be requested. PRASVAC will communicate its decision within 20 days of receipt and, if granted, implement it within the following 15 days, subject to lawful extensions.
Retention and security
Data is retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the disclosed purposes and any applicable legal, administrative, contractual or defense obligations. Reasonable access restrictions and safeguards will apply; no electronic system can guarantee zero risk.
Cookies and similar technologies
Website and service-provider functionality, security and performance may involve cookies or comparable technologies. Any future introduction of non-essential analytics or advertising tools will require reviewing this notice and the relevant user controls.
Confidentiality and engagement
Submitting an inquiry does not by itself create a professional engagement, mandate, representation or attorney-client relationship. Do not disclose privileged material, trade secrets, passwords, health information or other sensitive data in your initial inquiry.
